Payment and Delivery

Secure payment options are available through the checkout, with options of direct transfer of funds, paypal, or credit card. If you would rather contact me direct, please do.

Payment must be received before the item is shipped. Economy postage is free - please ask if you want Express postage.

Lay-By

Lay-by  is  an old fashioned concept today, but its still a good one. Sometimes the cash you need to purchase an item is simply not available at the time, but you don't want to miss out on buying that 'need-it/want-it' thing today.
Infinity Cottage is offering you lay-by on any item on the website.
Simply order the shirt you want and in the comments part of the order form give me your payment plan. You must deposit at least $20, by credit card, and tell me when you want to make the next payment.
Its as simple as that. I will have your shirt made and packaged ready to post, and whn you make the last payment, I will post it. There is a free call button on the website in the left index so you can call me if you want more details.

Returns Policy

Infinity Cottage gives you a guarantee on your shirt which with care will last you for years.

Infinity Cottage will gladly refund or exchange any full price item bought online if you return the unused item in original condition within 21 days of the invoice.

Your return must be accompanied by the original sales invoice or tags and refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid. However, we regret that any postage or delivery costs cannot be refunded.

Something didn't fit quite right? You may exchange clothing for the same item in a different colour and/or size. Unless a returned item is faulty, postal charge will be made or you can return the item with a stamped and addressed postage bag.
